Great service! Took the time to measure and find 2 bearings for a peco lawn vac that were obsolete on the parts list. They didn't take the easy way out which would have cost me several hundred instead of 40 bucks. Thanks again.

Really great service !!! Came in at substantially lower than estimate. Cleaned up and got good advise on maintenance and fuel . Will return for service and if I need products or equipment. (Be aware... the "bathroom" does not contain a bath... it is a toilet with a sink... not intended for baths...clean, but not technicallya "bath" room)

I did not buy from River East as we decided to keep our lawn service. I shopped around at about 6 places and Dan (owner) was by far the most helpful person. He actually cared! I had decided on what I wanted but in the end financially it did not make sense for me to leave my lawn service. If I do make the change and do it myself I would not hesitate at all to go back to Dan and buy from him. He takes the time to listen ! Thanks Dan

Bought a new Gravely zero turn from Dan at River East Power 2 years ago. Had contacted several dealers before making my purchase. Dan was pleasant and informative and had no problem answering any questions I had. Other dealers sometimes made me feel like I was a bother with my questions.....Dan was totally opposite and very honest. Hard to find people who always do what they say but Dan always does. Love my Gravely and the service from River East can't be beat.

On Facebook Marketplace, I saw a new Ariens Platinum 24” SHO for a great price, so I went down to see Dan for the purchase.Super-friendly, helpful, so the purchase was a no-brainer.My machine kept popping off the drive belt, so Dan and Brian agreed to come pick it up, service it, replace a factory part that was defective, monitor the machine for several days to ensure it works, and brought it back to my home, all for NO CHARGE!That's the kind of service that deserves 5 stars and will attract more happy customers, like me. :)Thanks to Dan, Brian and crew for going beyond my expectations.

Recently purchased our first snow blower. Happened to go on a Saturday when the owner, Dan, was holding down the fort. What a great purchase experience! Very informative, personable, and NON-PRESSURED. Love the idea of supporting a local, family-owned business. Love that they deliver a new unit assembled, prepped, and ready to go. Love that they'll do pick-up and delivery when it's time for maintenance. Initial delivery was a great experience too!
