Dan was great, knowledgeable and very helpful

Great business. The staff is very knowledgeable of all equipment. They have plenty of stock so most times you can just pick it up and get to work, rarely do they have to order things.
5 stars and would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and took my equipment right in got back to me the next day with great news and got my blower warrantied and available for pickup the next day couldn't be more satisfied with service

Where are the best shops out there?

In the midst of a recent storm we needed a new snow blower quickly. We called one place after another only to be told they were sold out or they couldn’t get us anything for a few weeks. We were striking out finding a new one and kind of panicked. We found River East Power Equipment through an online search and gave them a call expecting another disappointment. But Dan was fantastic and within 10 minutes on the phone we had exactly the snow blower we wanted ordered and had it moving snow out of our driveway a few days later. The staff at River East went above and beyond all expectations we had and came through huge. They were amazing. Would highly recommend them. Fantastic company.

Great deal on on a leaf blower

Came into the store last minute before a snow storm for a snow blower part. Owner fixed our carburetor in a couple minutes. Very friendly highly recommend.

After some bad experiences with another company for our power equipment, we tried River East. They're fast, good, honest, and fair-priced. I'm really glad we found them.

I had never used River East Power Equipment for anything. I stopped in and spoke with Dan about my snowblower carburetor issue. He recommended removing it and bringing it back to them which I did that day. Within 3 days it was cleaned and ready to install. Truly an amazing experience, I am a customer for life.

Dan and the team are the Best! A day before this year's first snow storm, I tried to start my sow blower but the starter rope snapped. I was in panic mode when I call River East but Dan said "don't worry, come on over to the shop, we'll take care of you." Within minutes Dan had my machine running.

Brought in an echo chain saw, would stall after engine heated up. Would start and idle well. Allen tested carburetor, determined it needed replacing, along with fuel and air filter and new plug. Problem solved, thanks Dan and Allen

I went to River East Power Equipment looking for some parts for a Briggs & Stratton engine on my leaf blower. Nothing major - but without them, I was quite stuck. Dan went out of his way to cobble together a solution out of some spare parts from the back and get me going! Absolutely fantastic - this kind of customer service and care is so far above the norm today. I can't recommend them enough! I know where I will be going when it comes time to replace any of my power equipment... simple acts like this are how you earn a customer for life IMHO.

We have been bringing our mower, snow blower, and leaf blower to River East for all our service needs for years now and we are always happy with the service provided! Go nowhere else!!!!! Dropped off my lawn mower - they promised to look through and call me before repairs. I knew that I needed a new battery and oil change. They said it would probably be a week. They called me the next day suggesting new blades (I thought that as well). They scheduled a drop off for that same day. The mower was dropped off ON TIME and LOOKING NEW!!!! Everything was clean and shiny (and it cuts great too!).
I had used them in the past for my snow blower with that very same level of satisfaction. Seriously. These guys are the best!

I purchased a 2024 Gravely ZT XL 42 back in December after talking with Dan and Andrew. I had just retired my reliable 2015 Ariens Zoom 42. This was my first time at River East Power Equipment, and I was impressed out of the gate. I was looking for another Ariens and after reviewing my options with them, I decided to switch to a Gravely. To me, this model checked all the boxes: a stronger frame to better meet the needs of the slope in my back yard, the improved, steel mowing deck and the comfort of the seat. Dan and Andrew answered all of my questions, and I was convinced that i was working with professionals who understood the quality product I was looking for. Since I took delivery in March, River East has answered all of my questions and provided expert advice. I highly recommend this business.
